Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BildMart platform ("Platform") operated by Procuredge Technologies Pvt Ltd ("BildMart", "we", "our"). By registering for an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Buyer — a registered user requesting quotes or placing orders through the Platform.
• Supplier — a vetted party listing materials for procurement through BildMart.
• Order — a confirmed purchase transaction between a Buyer and Supplier facilitated by BildMart.
• Financing — supply-chain finance products (Purchase Invoice Discounting, Factoring) offered on the Platform, subject to eligibility.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Use of the Platform is limited to businesses and their authorised representatives. By registering, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity on whose behalf you're using BildMart. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Procurement Workflow

Requests for Quotes ("RFQs") submitted through the Platform are broadcast to relevant Suppliers. Quotes returned are the offer of that Supplier, and acceptance of a quote by the Buyer constitutes a binding order between Buyer and Supplier, subject to the additional terms captured on the Platform.

4. Payment & Settlement

Buyers agree to the payment terms captured on the accepted quote. Settlement may occur directly with the Supplier or via BildMart's financing product where applicable. Failure to settle within agreed terms may result in restriction of Platform access.

5. Financing Products

Financing eligibility, limits and fees are governed by separate schedules communicated to eligible Buyers. BildMart reserves the right to modify credit limits or withdraw financing at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

6. Quality, Delivery & Risk

Quality standards, delivery timelines and warranty are as offered by the Supplier on the accepted quote. Risk in goods transfers to the Buyer on delivery (or per agreed Incoterms). BildMart facilitates dispute resolution but is not the manufacturer or warrantor.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms are captured on the order. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within a reasonable period after dispute resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including trade marks, logos, software, and data, is the property of BildMart or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for its intended business purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BildMart's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid to BildMart by the Buyer in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chh. Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or the Platform. Continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance.
