This Privacy Policy explains how Procuredge Technologies Pvt Ltd ("BildMart", "we", "us") collects, uses, and safeguards your personal information when you use the BildMart platform.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate the Platform: match RFQs to Suppliers, process orders, manage dispatch and delivery.
To provide financing where you're eligible and have consented.
To send transactional communications (order confirmations, delivery notifications, invoices).
To send occasional service updates — you may unsubscribe at any time.
To comply with legal obligations (tax, e-invoicing, dispute resolution).

3. Sharing & Disclosure

We share your information only where necessary to operate the service:

Suppliers — company + delivery details are shared with Suppliers you transact with.
Lenders / financing partners — where you enrol in a financing product.
Service providers — email delivery, cloud hosting, analytics providers under confidentiality obligations.
Legal / regulatory — if required by applicable law or valid legal process.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information as long as your account is active or as required to fulfil our legal, financial and dispute-resolution obligations. Transactional records are typically retained for eight years post-transaction to meet Indian tax and commercial law.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access control, and regular security review. No system is perfectly secure — we recommend keeping your password strong and confidential.
